Not anymore Windows 7, because tonight I finally got past your pesky screen telling me that I cannot enjoy a 64 bit version of this delightful new OS I have had on my desktop for over a year now. I have scoured the web for answers only to be led in circles to other forums with people having the same error on multiple platforms, laptop and desktop alike, that don’t ever post the answer that helps me on my Alienware m17x super first edition. Now after finally having an OEM DVD of this OS I thought my problems had been solved, but instead when that error came up again I knew that there was something I needed that I didnt know where to get, until I looked over at my little leather binder that came with my Alienware member card (pfffft), some stickers that look like they are supposed to be the anti-apple and oh yea, some cds in the back. The first cd said “Vista Home Premium SP1/X86″ and I was like awwww, but then turned the page to see one that said “Alienware Area-51 M17X System Support CD” which had all sorts of folders that said x86 and x64 all over the place, and then the earth was at peace.
